No worries! The DiSa activation is a program required by Walmart for certain products that were purchased in their stores. If you have purchased a used Whistler product that requires an activation code, we will need the 10 digit DiSa number to provide you with the activation code.
The DiSa number is located on your product box near the UPC number. If you misplaced your box, the DiSa number is also on the product itself as well as displayed electronically when first turned on. (for the WS1010WP you must press the PGM key to display the 10 digit code).
Email the DiSa number to us at Support@whistlergroup.com and we will send you back the activation code to enter in the unit to unlock it. This only needs to be entered correctly one time. Upon a successful activation, your unit is permanently unlocked and can be used.
