Is there a way to make my display stay on for more than 30 seconds?

Currently there is not an option for more than 30 seconds at a time.
To turn the display back on, touch the MFU button on the far-left side of the bottom of the display, looks like a person falling/ arrow pointing down. This will bring back the display for another 30 seconds.
