D28RS - The screen pops up and says connecting but doesn't connect. What should I do?

If you have not selected Auto Reconnect on your phone, it
will be necessary to go to the wifi settings on your phone each time you
connect to the app. Once connected a box will pop up letting you know that
internet may not be available. Then the camera will automatically start
to record.
