What is the G Sensor and what does it do?

In the event of an incident the G-Sensor will lock
(protect) this file from being overwritten and it will stay on the SD
card.  This means important clips will not be deleted during loop
recording.  These files sometimes found in a different file on the SD card
depending on the dash camera.
